ABOUT ME

"Why are we here?" I learned to really understand this question after my son Brandon was born in 2006. Our lives are a collection of memories. When we are approaching the end, the memories we made are what fills our thoughts during those last moments.

My life has been filled with AMAZING memories..........

BIO:

I was born Christmas Day of 1974.... Worst day for a birthday! All your friends are wrapped up with family, enjoying the biggest holiday of the year. For those that do remember, its 'MERRY CHRISTMAS, and ummmm HEY Happy Birthday!".

I met my wife Amanda in 2002, after 8 years as an Army aviator. She gave me my very first actual birthday party in 2003.  An amazing moment that led to one of my most cherished memories, our wedding in 2005. My son, Brandon, was born 2006 and my daughter, Haley, in 2007.

After the Army, I earned my Masters in Information Systems Management and continued to create a career in IT.  More than 25 years, and counting, leading technology teams and organizations as we navigate business needs with technical opportunities.

I always felt I had a story to tell.

In 2014 I decided to understand what it means to be a 'writer'. I knew I had a great story I wanted to share, so I started researching, outlining, and sooooo many rough drafts. By 2015 I felt like I had created a world for my characters and the adventures they would experience.

Life happens................. and my story sat on my computer for 11 years.

Just takes a feeling or an ache that won't go away to motivate and renew your passion.  I experienced that ache Summer of 2026.  A few months later I now have my first story in the Apastron Trilogy to share........... I have new moments in my life that are creating amazing memories.
